This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you send us through this site. It is short because we collect very little.

Who runs this site

Ukraine For ALL is an information project based in Kyiv, Ukraine, at 77 Velyka Vasylkivska St. For anything concerning your data, write to info@ua4all.org — that address is read by a person.

What we collect and why

When you ask a question: the name, the email address or phone number and the text you type. We use them for one purpose — to answer you. Legal basis: your request, that is, steps taken at your request before any agreement.
When you subscribe to news: your email address, used only to send you occasional updates about the project. Legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Technical data: the address of the device you connect from, your browser identification and the page you arrived from, recorded together with your message. This is kept to recognise automated abuse of the forms.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, we do not pass it to advertisers, and we do not use it to build profiles about you. If we ever pass your question to a specialist firm so that it can be answered properly, we will tell you first and ask you.

Where it is stored and for how long

Messages are stored on the server that hosts this site, in Ukraine, and are also delivered to us by email. We keep enquiries for up to two years, so that we can pick up a conversation you started earlier. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Statistics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and understand which sections people read. It sets cookies in your browser. If you would rather not be counted, use your browser's tracking protection or Google's own opt-out add-on. Nothing on this site requires cookies in order to work.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@ua4all.org and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the European Union, these rights come from the GDPR and you may also complain to your national data protection authority. In Ukraine the corresponding law is «Про захист персональних даних».

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
